About NATIONAL MANAGEMENT COLLEGE
 
The Institute was established by the well known NGO Lokseva Foundation duly registered under the Maharashtra Government Act of 29 of 1950. The Institute is an ISO 9001-2000 certified International Business School to impart quality education in the Management sector. The Institute is accredited by Moody International Certification and also by United Kingdom Accreditation Services which is one of the prestigious International recognition honoured all over the globe. However, the Institute is neither affiliated to any University nor has sought de-jure recognition for its Academic Programs from any statutory body. Hence, the Institute is an academically independent and self financed autonomous body.

Acceptance/Recognition (de-facto) of Institute's academic program is indicated by the list of companies which have so far offered placement to NIM students. The Institute is also lauded for its dedicated work and maintenance of higher academic standards by the Hon’ble Vice President of India Shri Bhairon Singh Shekhawat. The quality management education imparted by the Institute is also been appreciated by the Hon'ble Home Minister of India Shri Shivraj Patil as well as by many dignitaries of the Corporate World.

NIM conducts its own Post Graduate Diploma Business Management (PGDBM) 24 months regular Program in Management de-jure recognition as equivalent to any degrees is superfluous for any judgement on academic standing of the Institute. Students, who are concerned about statutory recognition need not apply for the program. The Institute reserves the right to emphasize this difference in approach and maintain its academic independence.

The Institute reserves the right to change the requirement for admission, graduation, content of courses, fees charged, or to make any other suitable modification should these be deemed necessary in the interest of the Institute. All disputes are to be settled in Mumbai Courts only. However it shall be the earnest endeavour of the institute to settle any dispute amicably with mutual understanding and respect.
